Product Overview
The Kenwood KFC-W3011 12" Subwoofer handles 400 watts rms and 1200 watts peak. It has a unique mounting ring that helps it look clean and protects the surround.
Price
I have seen this sub go for as low as $50 but generally $55 is a good price. This subwoofer is a great subwoofer for it's cost.
My Personal Review
For the price of $50 this subwoofer is well worth it. It has good sound and handles power well. It also looks very clean and is easy to install. It is a great entry level subwoofer. It hits deep and loud. If you are looking for great sound quality I would not recommend this subwoofer. I did not like the sound it put out very much. The dust cap makes the sub have a weird sound, especially on frequencies above 150 hz. I think it is an awesome sub for the price and should be considered if you are only looking to spend about $50 per sub. For the money it's a steal.

Kicker ZX2500.1 Mono Amplifier
Product Overview
The Kicker ZX 2500.1 is a power house in the car audio world. It is capable have handling 2500 watts of power at 2 ohms and 1250 at 4 ohms. Kicker recommends a 300 amp fuse be placed in the power wire. This amplifier has a built in subsonic filter. It has a variable crossover from 50-200 hz. It also features a bass boost. It requires 1/0 gauge ground and power wire. The speaker terminals can accomodate 8 gauge wire.
Price
It is available for purchase online for about $750 and retails for around $1500.
My Personal Review
This amplifier is by far the best amplifier I've ever owned. The things I like about this amplifier are that it puts out 2500 watts at 2 ohms where most high powered mono amplifiers do that at 1 ohm. The amplifier weighs a ton. It draws a ton of current as well so having a high output alternator is very beneficial. This amplifier hits deep and loud and I really really like it. I plan on using this amplifier until the day it dies. There are three things I don't like about it. It does not have a fuse so you have to have a fuse in your power wire by the battery and by the amplifier. That's really not such a bad deal because fuses do not cost very much. The subsonic filter is not adjustable. I would feel safer if it had an adjustable filter. I don't like that it is not 1 ohm stable, but other than that, this amplifier is awesome. I plan on purchasing another in the future and running some 18's on them. Best amp I've ever had.

MTX Thunderlink 10" Powered Subwoofer with Radiator
Product Overview
The MTX Thunderlink is a powered subwoofer that pushes 100 watts rms at 4 ohms and 300 watts peak. It has an adjustable Low Pass Crossover. There is a cut or boost bass boost function on it as well. The MTX Thunderlink comes with a bass knob that allows you to adjust the gain from anywhere in the car. The sub is a 10" sub that has a matching grill to cover it. It also features a radiator on the other opposite side of the subwoofer.
Price
These can be purchased online for aroud $150-250 brand new or for about $120-175 for a refurbished unit. The sub is discontinued so it is increasingly hard to find.
My Personal Review
This is the very first subwoofer I ever bought for my Jeep Wrangler. This is the loudest 100 watts I've ever heard out of a single ten inch subwoofer. I late put this subwoofer in a Honda CRV and it was perfect. It added great bass that was plenty loud enough and could still be heard over the music near full volume. It is a great little subwoofer if you are looking to just add some decent sound to your ride. I would buy another one of these any day. It is the best powered subwoofer I've ever heard for car audio purposes, but that excludes bass and amp packages. This is a subwoofer with a built in amplifier that is non removable.

California Profile AP1200 2 Channel Amplifier
Product Overview
The California Profile AP1200 2 Channel Amplifier features 2 bridgeable channels that push 200 watts at 4 ohms, 300 watts at 2 ohms or 600 watts at 4 ohms bridged. This amplifier is made with your budget in mind. They are not very expensive, but are very versatile. It has a Low Pass, Full Range, and High Pass Crossover so you can use this amplifier to push your subs, mids, or highs. It has three 25 ampere fuses. It has a variable bass boost at 45 hz.
Price
I have seen this amplifier for sale for $230. I have seen it for less from local shops for around $160.
My Personal Opinion
I used this amplifier to push two 12" Kenwood subwoofers. I bought the amp and subs as a combo on craigslist. I bought them because my Kenwood amplifier got wet in the back of my Jeep Wrangler. It was just for a temporary replacement. I liked the tone quality that came out of the amplifier, but I did not like the power it provided. I know what Bass Boost does and how it works and that it's not generally healthy to have it turned up while the gain is up as well, but that was the only way I could really get the volume that I wanted. I figured it was only temporary so if I burned the circuitry it didn't matter. Even with the boost up 1/4 of the way and the gain up 3/4's of the way, the amp played strong for a good 4 or 5 months before I got rid of it and bought my Kicker 2500.1. Over all I really liked the sound quality, but hated the lack of power it provided. It would be great if you just want a little bit of bass in your ride. Overall it was decent, but I would probably never buy another one unless I got one for a phenomal deal, though I really worked that amplifier hard and it never overheated or went into protection.

Kenwood KAC-9104D Mono Amplifer Review
Product Review
This amplifier is a mono amplifier that is rated at 500 watts rms at 4 ohms and 900 watts at 2 ohms. It is stable at 1 ohm, but Kenwood does not offer any power ratings at 1 ohm. It is budget amplifier. It has a removeable sheild that allows you to adjust the gain, boost, and crossover. It has a subsonic filter and infrasonic filter. It is a dual mono amplifier. It has two 30 amp fuses.
Price
The Kenwood KAC-9104D Mono Amplifer sells for around $200. You can find it refurbished for a little cheaper online. It provides alot of power for how inexpensive it is.
My Personal Review
My personal opinion of this amplifier is that it is a great amplifier for your first sub amplifier or first system. It is very inexpensive and provides decent output. This was my first amplifier and was a great learning basis. I had it pushing two MTX 4500 10" subwoofers. each sub could take 225 watts rms. They were wired to 2 ohms. The subs were in a sealed box though, so I fed the subs over the 225 watts regularly. The amp did very well, but I do not think that amplifier can truly push 900 watts rms. It is one ohm stable. I had 4 10" subs wired to 1 ohm hooked up to the amplifier at one point and I really doubt the amp gains any power from the low resistance. All in all it was a great amp for the price. The thing to watch out for is that there are alot of these amps selling on ebay as refurbs. I would consider that a warning that it probably has some faulty circuitry if you happen to be the unlucky person that gets a lemon of an amplifier.
If I ever do a cheap install in the future where I just need a little bit of power for a good price, I would definitely buy this amplifier again. It's not my first choice though.

Audio Review of Pioneer Premier TS-W2501D2 10" Champion Series PRO Subwoofer
Overview
This review from someone who has actually used this product. The Pioneer Premier TS-W2501D2 Champion series PRO 10" Subwoofer was designed as a 10" SPL subwoofer. It has a unique technology that allows it to be placed in a very small box and perform very well. The subs are designed to handle 800 watts of power nominally. The terminals are all on one side and can fit 8 awg wire. These subs are dual 2 ohm, but there is also a dual 4 ohm voice coil subwoofers available as well.
Price
The MSRP on this sub is around $300 per sub, but I have found it for $150 at multiple places.
My Personal Experience
This sub hits very hard, and really low. I have experience with many different subs, and I personally think this is the best budget friendly SPL 10" sub for the money. I would recommend to anyone. I have 2 of them in a ported box tuned to 34 hz, and these things slam. They also sound very good too. I have not been dissappointed with the sound quality I have been getting from these subs. I am pushing them with a kicker 2500.1 at 2 ohms. I regularly feed them over 800 watts a piece and I rarely hear them distort or even struggle with the power. They also fit in incredibly small boxes. I put these subs in a ported box because I like the ability I have to tune the box to a certain note, but they are designed to do very well in sealed boxes. Pioneer recommends placing these subs in .35-.7 cubic feet of airspace for a sealed enclosure which is incedibly small for an SPL sub. The only downside to this sub is the amount of air it moves. With an SD of .0313 and an Xmax of 11 millimeters, this sub only has a VD of .3443. That means that it does not move as much air as other comparable subs. I think it puts out great tone and great sound, but I wish it could push a little more air. I do plan on buying a couple more of these subs and putting four of them in a box. I have heard this sub reverse mounted, and it sounded and looked really good.
