Product Overview
The Kicker ZX 2500.1 is a power house in the car audio world. It is capable have handling 2500 watts of power at 2 ohms and 1250 at 4 ohms. Kicker recommends a 300 amp fuse be placed in the power wire. This amplifier has a built in subsonic filter. It has a variable crossover from 50-200 hz. It also features a bass boost. It requires 1/0 gauge ground and power wire. The speaker terminals can accomodate 8 gauge wire.

Price
It is available for purchase online for about $750 and retails for around $1500.

My Personal Review
This amplifier is by far the best amplifier I've ever owned. The things I like about this amplifier are that it puts out 2500 watts at 2 ohms where most high powered mono amplifiers do that at 1 ohm. The amplifier weighs a ton. It draws a ton of current as well so having a high output alternator is very beneficial. This amplifier hits deep and loud and I really really like it. I plan on using this amplifier until the day it dies. There are three things I don't like about it. It does not have a fuse so you have to have a fuse in your power wire by the battery and by the amplifier. That's really not such a bad deal because fuses do not cost very much. The subsonic filter is not adjustable. I would feel safer if it had an adjustable filter. I don't like that it is not 1 ohm stable, but other than that, this amplifier is awesome. I plan on purchasing another in the future and running some 18's on them. Best amp I've ever had.
